OpsBrain (operated by Avissh AI LLC) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), Avissh AI LLC will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the OpsBrain platform that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that material available through OpsBrain infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it;
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email;
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the agent above containing the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringer Policy

Avissh AI LLC will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers.
