OpsBrain is a product of Avissh AI LLC, a company based in Napa, California and founded by Avissh Trivedi — an active franchise restaurant operator, not a software company that hired a restaurant consultant.
Avissh operates a Nékter Juice Bar franchise along with a catering company and two dance studios. Every feature in OpsBrain was built to solve a problem he had that week, in his own store, on his own P&L. The consulting practice at avissh.com is run by the same person and the same company.
It started as a food-cost emergency
Food cost hit 34.3%. No vendor had a fix that worked at a single-unit scale, so the fix got built: AI that reads every invoice line against what was last paid, forecasts demand, and writes the order. Twelve months later food cost was 23.8% and operating margin had gone from 3% to 19% — same menu, same vendors.
Along the way it caught a $2,042 overcharge on a single mispriced case of celery, and the store's staff logged thousands of inventory counts through it across 125 active SKUs. That system became OpsBrain. It is now used daily by other operators at $99/month.
